Matei Butnarasu

Matei Butnarasu, Eng., C.Mgr, CMgr MCMI, DASM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in automation project management and customer support. Currently serving as Automation Project Manager at SKAN since November 2022, Matei previously held roles at AVEVA as Customer Support Group Lead and at OSIsoft, progressing from Technical Support Engineer to Customer Support Team Lead. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Computational Fluid Dynamics from McGill University, where Matei also worked as a tutor and research assistant. Additionally, experience includes tutoring students in mathematics, sciences, and engineering, as well as a student role as a Passport Clerk at Passport Canada.
