Agnes Banck

Agnes Banck currently serves as the Head of HR Business Partners at Skandia since February 2024. Prior to this role, Agnes was the Head of People and Culture at Lendo Group from January 2021 to March 2024, focusing on scaling the organization across seven European countries with an emphasis on employee engagement. Agnes also held positions at Schibsted, where responsibilities included leading the Future of Work project and serving as an HR Business Partner in Financial Services & Investments from March 2017 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes roles at Widespace as an HR Business Partner and at IFS in Scandinavia as both an HR Business Partner and HR Administrator. Agnes began her career at ISS Facility Services A/S as an Administrative Consultant and as a Customer Support Consultant at Skandiabanken. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Linköping University and additional studies in Labour Law II and Psychology from various institutions.
