Micaela Pedocchi

Micaela Pedocchi has extensive experience in business architecture and digital transformation, currently serving as a Business Architect at Skandiabanken AB since September 2018. Micaela is also an ambassador for Idéer för livet, promoting health and safety initiatives for children and youth. Prior to this role, Micaela held various management positions at Swedbank from January 2000 to August 2018, including responsibilities as Manager of the Center of Excellence for Pega and Business System Manager for a process-driven application related to mortgage loans. Micaela has an impressive educational background, having completed degrees in antifragile business architecture and other relevant trainings from institutions such as Stockholm University, DF Kompetens, and the University of Pega.
