Nicola Phillips

Nicola Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Nicola began their career at GE Capital as an accountant and later took on roles as a financial controller and assistant controller. Nicola then transitioned to RSA, where they held various finance and business partner positions, including being the Nordic Head of Finance and Business Partners IT&Change. Following their time at RSA, Nicola joined Trygg-Hansa as a finance and business partner before becoming an executive assistant to the CEO. Most recently, Nicola has been working at Skandia, initially as the Head of Controlling & Reporting and currently as the Head of Group Planning & Control.

Nicola Phillips began their education at Umeå University from 2001 to 2007. During this time, they focused on the field of study in Business. In 2003 to 2004, they also attended the University of Aberdeen, where they further explored their interests in Business and Economics.
