Anita Woolley Nelson

Anita Woolley Nelson is the Chief Strategy Officer at Skanska USA Building, a prominent construction firm in the United States, since June 2019. Prior to this role, Anita served as Senior Vice President of Strategy for AECOM’s Construction Services Group, overseeing strategy, marketing, and communications for an $8 billion operation with over 14,000 personnel across 25 countries. Anita's extensive experience in the construction industry spans more than 15 years, with over 13 years spent at AECOM and its subsidiary, Tishman, holding various leadership positions including First Vice President of Strategy and Communications and Vice President of Strategic Planning. Anita holds a BA in English and Communication from Wake Forest University and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
