Cecilia Hamberg

Cecilia Hamberg is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Skanska since 2006, where Cecilia currently serves as Head of Group HQ HR and Head of HR for Skanska AB and Skanska Financial Services AB, while also being a member of the management team. Previous roles include Head of Support & Control at Skanska Financial Services and Head of HR at Pricer AB and Marakanda. Cecilia's early career includes HR roles at Telia UK Ltd, Telia MegaCom AB, and Telia AB, where the development of foundational HR skills began. Cecilia holds a BSc in Human Resource Development from Stockholm University and is a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, having completed the Skanska Top Executive Program at IMD Business School in 2012.
