Christopher Bulas, PE, currently serves as the Preconstruction Manager - Mechanical at Skanska since September 2025, focusing on preconstruction management for mechanical projects, which includes estimating, budgeting, and coordination with design and construction teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient solutions. Prior to this role, Christopher worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Freund Enterprises, Inc. from June 2017 to September 2025, where responsibilities included managing the engineering team for HVAC and plumbing system design and leading construction sales efforts to develop customized, cost-effective MEP solutions. Christopher holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University, earned in 2017.
