Hannah McLean

Hannah McLean is a legal professional with extensive experience in environmental law. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Alston & Bird since January 2021, Hannah has previously held positions as an Associate Attorney at Rutan & Tucker, LLP and Holley Driggs Walch Fine Wray Puzey & Thompson. Early in the career, Hannah gained valuable experience as a Student Attorney at the Turner Environmental Law Clinic and as a Summer Associate at Cotton, Driggs, Walch, Holley, Woloson & Thompson. Additional training includes roles as a Legal Extern at the Southern Environmental Law Center and an intern at the US Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Environmental Accountability, as well as a Clerk of Court Intern for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of NC. Hannah holds a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
