Jim Broadley

Jim Broadley currently serves as Chief Estimator - Building at Skanska since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in estimating and cost planning across various leading construction firms. Previously, Broadley held positions as Managing Estimator at Telford Homes, Pre Construction Director at McLaren Construction Group, and Head of Estimating & Cost Planning for Lendlease in both London & UK South and Scotland. Prior roles include Chief Estimator at Bowmer & Kirkland Ltd, and Head of Estimating, Cost Planning & Procurement at Skanska in Scotland. Broadley began a career in estimating at Hunter & Clark Construction and developed professional skills with Morgan Sindall and Laing O'Rourke.
