Marisa Ventura Poisler

Marisa Ventura Poisler has diverse experience in human resources and project management, holding various roles across multiple organizations. At Skanska, Marisa served as Sr. Director of HR Shared Services/HRBP from February 2019 to January 2020. Prior to that, at The Conti Group, Marisa advanced through positions including Project Manager for Project Connect (Job Architecture) and Sr. Human Resources Director for Metro NY Building from March 2008 to March 2016. Earlier roles included Manager of Technical Support and Human Resources Manager, as well as work as a recruiter for Alternity Wind Power, LLC, and Lehigh Fab and Precast, LLC. Additionally, Marisa gained experience as an Auction Intern at Susan G. Komen For a Cure North Jersey. Educational credentials include a Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School, completed between January 2011 and January 2017, and studies at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts from January 2005 to January 2006.
