HR Digitalisation Manager at Skanska

Nick Ingram is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in digitalisation, recruitment, and assessment design. Currently serving as the HR Digitalisation Manager at Skanska since July 2019, Nick manages a small team to enhance HR capabilities through data analytics and project management. Previous roles include interim Head of Recruitment, where Nick oversaw a team of 11 during a challenging period, and Head of Emerging Talent, responsible for the recruitment and development of around 100 new talents annually. Prior to Skanska, Nick held significant positions at British Airways as Assessment Design Manager and Assessment Manager, and gained diverse experience at organizations such as London Borough of Camden, Direct Line Group, Network Rail, and Saville Consulting. Academically, Nick holds an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey and a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Stirling.
