OSCAR DE ANDA, CSHO, SSH, currently serves as EHS Manager at Skanska since October 2025. Prior to this role, OSCAR held the position of Safety Manager at The Beck Group from May 2014 to October 2025. Additionally, OSCAR has extensive experience in safety training and consulting with SAFETY TRAINING & CONSULTING K&Y from May 1995 to October 2025. OSCAR's educational credentials include a CSHO degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, complemented by training from Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX).
