Tom Gould

Tom Gould is an experienced professional in the field of digital transformation and operational efficiency within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Operational Efficiency Director (Interim) for Skanska's Building operating unit since May 2018, Tom leads expert teams in various domains including BIM, Digital Technology, and Innovation. Previous roles at Skanska include Head of Digital Transformation and Head of Digital Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed defining digital strategies and delivering innovative products to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, Tom is a Co-Chair for the South West chapter of the UK BIM Alliance and has held various positions at Stride Treglown, contributing to the implementation of leading BIM strategies. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Architectural Technology and Design from the University of the West of England.
