Vitor Marques

Vitor Marques is an experienced Project Director at Cementation Skanska Limited, overseeing significant projects such as the £45M Devonshire Dock Quay Project since January 2023 and the A1 Birtley to Coalhouse Project from December 2021 to February 2023. With a strong background in ground engineering, Vitor has managed various complex initiatives, including the A19 Testo's Junction Improvement and the Ordsall Chord Project as a Project Manager. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Grupo Monte, managing ground engineering projects in Brazil, and Contracts Manager at Fundasol, where responsibilities encompassed project control, contract negotiations, and supervision of engineering teams. Vitor holds a Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro and a revalidation of that degree from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
