Per Nordlinder

Per Nordlinder is an experienced project manager specializing in collaboration and productivity tools, currently leading modernization efforts at Skatteverket since December 2023. With a strong background in insourcing IT systems, Per has managed the transition of SPAR to Skatteverket in both prior roles at Agiltec and Skatteverket. Per has substantial expertise in agile methodologies, having played a key role in launching and maturing the Folkbokföring Agile Release Train. Prior to these positions, Per served as an operative product owner and scrum master at Ericsson, contributing to the development of next-generation radio base station technology. Per holds a Master of Science degree in Computing and Engineering from Umeå University.
