Sayani Mukherjee has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Sayani began their career as a Client Services Executive at Radio Arcane, and then moved on to a Market Analysis Project Assistant at Bartaman P Ltd. In 2012 they were an Client Services, Media Planning Intern at Colour Purple Communication Private Limited, and in 2011 they were a Client Services, Event Management Intern at CRY- Child Rights and You. Sayani then worked as a Client Services Manager at Smoke Inc. before joining Deloitte in 2013 as a Corporate Communications Associate. In 2014 they became an Account Manager at Mobikon Asia Pte. Ltd.

Sayani Mukherjee began their educational journey at Bidya Bharati Girls' High School, where they completed their 10+2 in Science from 1990 to 2006. Sayani then attended the University of Calcutta, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Botany/Plant Biology from 2006 to 2009. Finally, they completed their Master of Business Administration in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from 2010 to 2012 at Symbiosis International University.
