Brijesh Ravindran

Brijesh Ravindran serves as the Vice President of Global HR Operations at Skechers since June 2022, following a significant tenure at Belk, where positions included Senior Director of HRIS, People Analytics and Payroll Operations, as well as various director and managerial roles in payroll and analytics. Prior consulting experiences at Capital One, Albertsons, General Motors, and IGATE highlight a diverse background in HR systems and operations. Brijesh holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Econometrics & Statistics, Finance, Marketing, Operations Management, and Strategic Management.
