Jay Moulthrop

Jay Moulthrop, CSP, PMP, serves as the Director of the PMO at Skechers since April 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the newly established technology PMO and aligning initiatives with global business goals. Previously, Jay held roles including Sr Program Manager/Scrum Master at Amdocs, managing critical migrations and digital workflows, and Sr Project Manager/Scrum Master at VUBIQUITY, optimizing project methodologies and overseeing significant digital migrations. Additional experience encompasses program management at Disney ABC Television Group and ESPN, as well as operational project management roles at The Walt Disney Company. Jay's educational background includes a BA in Computer Graphic Design from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Master Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business.
