Karla Herrera-Romero

Karla Herrera-Romero, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Benefits and HR Solutions Center at Skechers, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Karla was the Human Resources Benefits Manager at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools from February 2017 to March 2022, where Karla also advanced through positions as Benefits Specialist and Assistant. Earlier experience includes a role as Data Entry Clerk at ASAP Drug Solutions, Inc., and Youth Mentor at Century Sheriff's Youth Foundation. Karla holds a Master of Business Administration from California State University-Long Beach and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
