Kati O'Brien

Kati O'Brien has over 20 years of professional experience in a variety of roles. In 2020, they were the Director of Implementation and Training at SkedgeAlert, where they were responsible for working with the technical and business team to design, implement and manage SkedgeAlert's product development based on customer and user experience. Kati also designed customer onboarding and training programs, and managed customer implementations. In 2018, they were a Corporate/Medical Event Planner at Avenue 22 Events, where they planned and executed medical and pharmaceutical meetings and conferences. From 2010-2018, they were with The Geneva Foundation, where they held various roles including Senior Director of Business Operations, Education and Training Director, and Senior HR Business Partner. From 2001-2010, they were with Charles River Laboratories, where they held roles such as Associate Director of Product Development, Associate Director of Participant Services, and Recruiting and Screening Manager. In 2000, they were an Accounting and Finance Recruiter at TERRA Staffing Group, where they recruited employed and unemployed candidates using a variety of strategies.

Kati O'Brien obtained a BA in Business from Pacific Lutheran University - School of Business from 1996 to 2000. In 2000, they also obtained a PHR from SHRM. In 2010, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from SSA & Company. In 2015, they obtained a Change Management Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
