Nadiia Ruban is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in customer support and technical management. As Head of Operations at SKELAR since April 2022, Nadiia has built the Customer Support Department from the ground up and successfully led a migration project from Zendesk to Freshdesk. Previously, Nadiia served as Head of Technical Support at AI Helps, where responsibilities included managing the department and implementing performance assessment practices. At Sovtes Ltd., Nadiia held dual roles as Head of Sales and Customer Support and Account Manager, where Nadiia established the Sales Department and managed customer inquiries. Nadiia holds a Master's degree in Management of Organizations and Administration from the National University of Food Technologies.
