Madli Nõmmik

Madli Nõmmik has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Madli is currently working at Skeleton Technologies as the Head of People & Office. Prior to this, they held positions at Posti Group Oyj, where they served as the Head of HR for Baltics and Poland, as well as the Head of HR for Posti Messaging (former OpusCapita). Before joining Posti Group, Madli worked at OpusCapita (former Itella Information AS) as an HR Business Partner, Campaign Manager, and Marketing and HR Manager. Madli began their career at Baltwest Estonia OÜ as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for wholesales of optical instruments and marketing campaigns.

Madli Nõmmik obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics from Estonian Business School in the years 1998 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Marketing at Estonian Business School from 2009 to 2010. In 1995, they attended Prantsuse Lütseum, although their degree and field of study are unknown.
