Piret Talviste

Piret Talviste has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Piret currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Skeleton Technologies, where they lead a team and oversees all talent acquisition activities. Prior to this, Piret worked as an International Recruiter at Skeleton Technologies, responsible for hiring people in various fields and managing the full-cycle recruitment process.

Before joining Skeleton Technologies, Piret worked at CVO Recruitment Estonia as a Recruitment Partner, where they handled full-cycle recruitment, headhunting, candidate marketing, and business development. Piret also provided consultations and project management support for major international enterprises and market entry companies. Piret began their career at CVO Recruitment Estonia as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in HR advising and recruiting specialists and managers in various industries.

In addition to their recruitment roles, Piret also has experience as an HR lecturer for tech students at the Software Development Academy. Piret provided lectures and guidance on successfully entering the IT job market.

Piret's early work experience includes running a direct sales business as an Independent Contractor at Southwestern Advantage, selling educational books and software door-to-door during the summers. Piret also served as a Student Manager, recruiting and coaching other students in the sales industry.

Piret Talviste completed a micro-degree program in Performance Psychology at the University of Tartu from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, they obtained an applied higher education degree in Optometry from Tallinn Health Care College, which they completed from 2012 to 2018. In addition, they hold a certification in Test Training for Personnel Specialists and HR Managers from the Tripod Assessment Centre, which they obtained in 2017.
