Andrea Sacchi is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations, business development, and culinary management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Skelmore Hospitality Partners since October 2020, Andrea leads group initiatives in business transformation, financial performance, and brand management. As Managing Director of KuroVero - Hospitality Solutions, Andrea has previously held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Business Development at Skelmore Hospitality Partners and Director of Operations at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. Andrea's culinary expertise includes positions as Executive Chef at prestigious establishments such as Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund and various roles with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Andrea holds a degree in Culinary Studies from Auckland Institute of Technology.
