Hannu Nikupeteri

Hannu Nikupeteri has worked in the IT industry since 2000. Hannu began their career as a Software Analyst for CCC Group, developing software for the energy and telecom sectors. In 2005, they moved to Mindvalley as a Database Engineer, developing and creating Web2.0 systems. In 2007, they joined Logica as a Software Developer, providing consultancy and developing online services for media, medical and aerospace companies. In 2011, they became Technical Director for Hakema, managing and executing technical development of Hakema's software products and services. In 2013, they joined AddSearch as a Software Architect, developing a highly scalable site search engine. In 2014, they became self-employed as an IT Consultant. In 2015, they joined Neusoft Mobile Solutions Oy as a Software Specialist and SkenarioLabs as Chief Technology Officer, where they were responsible for product development and technical architecture of ML, IoT and online services for financial institutions and real estate asset managers.

Hannu Nikupeteri has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Oulu, obtained between 1999 and 2007. In 2010, they obtained Specialization Studies in Ubiquitous Computing from Häme University of Applied Sciences, HAMK. In 2015-2017, they obtained Further Qualification for Entrepreneurs from Helsinki Business College Oy. Hannu also has two additional certifications: Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance (obtained December 2010) and Effective Sales Negotiator from JKC Oy Consulting (obtained October 2010). Currently, they are pursuing a Specialist Qualification in Leadership and Business Management from Rastor-instituutti, which they expect to complete in 2022.
