Todd Beemster

Operations Manager Painting & Decorating Division at Skender

Todd Beemster has extensive work experience in the painting and decorating industry. Todd began their career at Skyline Decorating in 2007, where they worked as a painter for two years before being promoted to the role of foreman from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of field services, where they attended walkthroughs, conducted basic estimating, and managed equipment and materials for multiple jobs. Todd also attended job start-up meetings, weekly job meetings, and ensured quality control. Todd continued in this position until 2020.

In 2020, Beemster joined Hester Painting & Decorating as a painter foreman, responsible for overseeing painting projects. In 2021, they briefly served as a project manager before joining Skender as an operations manager for their painting and decorating division in April 2021.

Todd Beemster attended Victor J. Andrew High School from 1986 to 1989. Todd did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study during their time there. In terms of additional certifications, Todd obtained several from Procore Technologies in April 2021, including Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Financial Management), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management), and Procore Certified: Superintendent. Todd also holds a Green Advantage Certified Practitioner certification from Green Advantage, Inc., obtained in February 2016. Furthermore, Todd has completed the Estimating Essentials course from Finishing First LMCI, and has also obtained an OSHA 30 certification. Lastly, they completed a Project Management course from Finishing First LMCI.
