Emily Chi

Emily focuses on providing technical assistance to communities through EPA’s Technical Assistance Services for Communities (TASC) program. Emily manages projects, conducts community needs assessments and develops community-friendly materials that explain technical information. She is passionate about listening to and working with communities with environmental justice concerns. In addition to her TASC work, Emily also supports and authors case studies on economic and redevelopment impacts of Superfund sites.
