Joe Emig

Joe Emig has worked in the payments and financial services industry for over 20 years. In 2021, they began working as Chief Commercial Officer at Skeps. Prior to that, they were Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Midigator. From 2020 to 2021, they served as SVP - Financial Institution and Technology Partnerships, Multinational Commerce at Global Payments Inc. From 2011 to 2020, they were VP - Business Development, International Acquiring at Payvision, where they directed North American partnership development/management program encompassing partner success and strategic growth initiatives, and managed US and Canada acquiring programs. From 2001 to 2011, they were General Counsel and Executive Vice President for Business Development at Vision Bankcard, where they directed all corporate legal affairs, managed business initiatives for international expansion and operations, and ensured Visa/MasterCard security and regulatory compliance.

Joe Emig received their Doctor of Law (JD) from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University between 1997 and 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in International Relations and Affairs from Brigham Young University between 1991 and 1997.
