Justyna has a passion for people and enjoys helping them reach their full potential. Justyna is a trusted partner to the CEO and management team, and is always looking for ways to improve the company culture.

Justyna Adamczyk has a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Political Science from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu and a Máster in Human Resources Management from Colegio de Politólogos. Justyna also has certification from Cámara de Comercio de Madrid in Coaching, Mentoring, PNL and Instituto Cervantes in DELE C2.
