Alice Svezia has a diverse work experience. Alice started their career at IKEA Group in 2010 as a Showroom Interior Designer. Alice then worked as a Communications Assistant at Sapienza Università di Roma in 2011. From 2015 to 2019, Alice worked at Westminster Adult Education Service, initially as a Graphic Designer & Communications Assistant and later as a Learner Support. Since 2019, they have been working at SketchUp as a Technical Customer Support Professional and is currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst.

Alice Svezia has a diverse education history. Alice attended Westminster Adult Education Service from 2013 to 2014, where they studied Graphic Design. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Quasar Design University and focused on Interior Design. Before their time at Quasar, Alice pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at Sapienza Università di Roma from 2009 to 2012. In 2004, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Communication and Marketing from HRD Training Group. Lastly, from 2000 to 2003, Alice completed 20 Exams in Business Engineering, with a focus on Optimization/Project Management, at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.

In addition to their formal education, Alice has obtained several certifications. In February 2023, they completed the "Introducing Postman" course at LinkedIn. In July 2022, they obtained the "SQL Essential Training" certification, also from LinkedIn. Prior to that, in May 2022, they completed the "Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)" course, also on LinkedIn.
