Barrie Rodgers has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 26 years. Barrie started their career as a Test Technician in Diagnostic Instruments Ltd in 1995 and worked there until 2000. In 2001, they joined SKF Group as a Production Supervisor and later transitioned into the role of a Hardware Design Engineer in 2008. Barrie continued to grow within the company, taking on roles such as Product Project Manager, Product Manager for Vibration Portables and Mobile Solutions, and Offer Manager for Technology Solutions. In 2021, they became the Manager for Market Insights, Legal and Strategic Communications, and subsequently the Global Manager for Connected Technology Operations in 2022. Currently, Barrie is working as the Digital Lead for Customer Engagement and Services, showcasing their expertise in utilizing technology to enhance customer relationships and services.

Barrie Rodgers attended Falkirk College of Technology from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained an HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Barrie also holds a CSPO certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in the year 2017.
