Matt Misiaszek

Matt Misiaszek has a diverse range of work experience. Matt previously worked as a Product Engineering Team Lead at SKF Group, where they were responsible for selecting, validating, and customizing product sizes for customer applications. Matt also calculated product life and performance in applications and analyzed premature failures. Matt developed and maintained customer engineering relationships in this role. Prior to their time at SKF Group, Matt worked at Cummins Inc. as a Design Engineer, where they performed tasks such as designing, conducting structural analysis, and serving as a CAD Administrator/Windchill Site Lead. Matt developed design changes to address warranty and performance issues for current products and validated the suitability of nonconforming products for service. Matt also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology and worked as a Product Design Engineer Co-op at Cummins Inc. Additionally, they worked as a Resident Advisor at Rochester Institute of Technology, a Value Engineering Co-op at The Raymond Corporation, and an Assembly Line Operator at Briggs & Stratton Ferris Industries.

Matt Misiaszek received their Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014.
