Erica Taylor

Erica Taylor is an experienced professional in overseas operations and recruitment management, currently serving as the Overseas Operations and Recruitment Manager at Ski Famille since October 2019. With a solid background in educational management and hospitality, Erica has held various significant roles including Overseas Director at Zenith Holidays Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing product delivery and team management, and Center Manager at LAL Language Centres, successfully managing a summer language school for approximately 1000 pupils. Previous positions also include HR roles and Center Manager for Exsportise Ltd, complemented by extensive experience at TUI Travel PLC as Overseas General Manager.
