Andreas Schnitzhofer

Andreas Schnitzhofer's work experience begins in 2009 as an HR & Organizational Development at Linde Material Handling, where they worked for a few months. Andreas then moved to s.Oliver Group in 2010, focusing on HR Development & Concepts until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Bosch Rexroth as an HR Business Partner for Technical Sales & Service. Following this, they joined Bosch Österreich in 2017, where they held various roles such as HR Business Partner (Business Unit/Plant) and later Senior HR Business Partner/Teamlead Training & Development until 2019. In 2020, they transitioned to SKIDATA as HR Manager Austria before taking on the position of Head of HR Austria in 2021. Currently, Andreas is the HR Director Central Europe at SKIDATA, overseeing HR activities for the Kudelski Group in Austria, Germany, and Benelux, as well as coordinating HR activities for SKIDATA's Region Europe and serving as a Senior HR Business Partner for SKIDATA's Austrian and European Executive Leadership.

Andreas Schnitzhofer completed their education at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann in the field of Business/Managerial Economics. Andreas has also obtained several additional certifications, including Certified Agile HR Manager from HR Pioneers in 2023, Certified Systemic Coach (Open System Model) from ASK - Akademie für Systemische Kompetenz in 2020, and HR Business Partner Qualification Program from Bosch in 2015. Moreover, they have certifications in football refereeing and instruction obtained from ÖFB and Bayerischer Fußball-Verband e.V. (BFV) in various years.
