Eva Herrmann has extensive experience in business processes and quality improvement, currently serving as a Business Process Expert and Senior Process Professional at SKIDATA since September 2020. Prior to this role, Eva worked at Sony DADC as a Quality Continuous Improvement Manager and Key-Account-Manager from January 2010 to October 2019. Earlier experience includes a position in Customer Service Airfreight at DB Schenker from July 2003 to December 2009. Eva holds a Master of International Business from the SMBS - University of Salzburg Business School, completed between 2014 and 2016, and achieved the qualification of Speditionskauffrau through education at Schenker DB from 2001 to 2003.
