Meeta Asthana is an accomplished professional in business process excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as a Business Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Expert at IFF since June 2025. With a robust background in quality management, Meeta previously held various roles at ZF Group, including Quality Management System Expert and Senior Manager, and contributed as an honorary Business Process Improvement Trainer & Consultant at the Quality Council of India from August 2021 to December 2023. Meeta founded Best Fit Solutions and has held key positions in organizations such as Ingram Micro and Renault Nissan Technology & Business Center India. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Quality Management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, a Master's in Microbiology from Presidency College, and a Bachelor's in Zoology from GuruNanak College.
