Baskar Ethirajan

Baskar Ethirajan has over twenty years of work experience. Baskar began their career in 1997 as a Senior Consultant - Developer at Keane, where they worked as a developer and business analyst for various clients. In 2004, they joined Ocwen Financial Solutions as a Senior Business Analyst for the REALSAMM mortgage loan servicing system. In 2006, they moved to Jamcracker as a Product Manager. In 2009, they co-founded Indianstage.in, a company connecting audiences to performances throughout India using technology. In 2015, they co-founded Plastic Water Labs, an immersive consulting company. In 2019, they co-founded LuciXR, a SaaS based XR platform for VR Skills and AR product catalogs. In 2021, they joined Incivus as the Chief Product Officer, building the company and empowering brands to amp up ad creative impact using perception technology. Baskar is currently the Head of Product at SKIDOS.

Baskar Ethirajan attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Marketing and MIS.
