Gigi Luna

Gigi Luna is a seasoned Salesforce Consultant currently working at Skie since October 2022, where responsibilities include designing and delivering tailored Salesforce solutions, identifying project risks, and recommending platform improvements. Previously, Gigi served as a Salesforce Administrator and Marketing Operations Specialist at TigerConnect from November 2021 to October 2022, and as a Support Engineer at Salesforce from September 2017 to November 2021. Early career experience includes roles at Concentrix as a Chat Sales Associate for the Apple Online Store and as a Subject Matter Expert providing technical support for Hewlett-Packard at Convergys. Gigi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2014.
