Terje Flatlandsmo

Terje Flatlandsmo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical administration, website development, and advisory roles. Currently serving as Portaladministrator for Skien kommune since October 2018, responsibilities include managing citizen and employee portals, providing training, and improving user experiences. As the owner and website developer at Nyside.no since March 2008, Terje specializes in creating and managing websites using Joomla. Previous roles include advising for Skien Boligbyggelag and leading administrative operations at Telemark Dyreklinikk. With a strong foundation in IT and project work, Terje has also contributed to initiatives for mental health awareness and has extensive experience as a business owner in the hairdressing industry. Education includes a degree in Informatics and Administration from Sør-Trøndelag University College and the University of South-Eastern Norway.
