Ryan Foss-Skiftesvik

Ryan Foss-Skiftesvik is the Founder and Managing Partner at Skifte Ventures, specializing in early-stage investing, syndicating, and consulting for banks, funds, and startups since June 2020. Additionally, Ryan serves as a Partner at Waterfall Capital, focusing on a broad range of investments across various industries, and holds advisory and limited partner roles at Rose Street Capital and Animal Capital, respectively. Ryan's previous experience includes roles as a Business Consultant for Knotel, XIR at Brex, Executive Producer at Honey House, COO and Co-Founder of Wallplay, and Investment Associate at a private family office. Ryan's educational background includes degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Fordham University and Southern Methodist University, along with early education at IMG Academy, Pomfret School, and Fairfield Country Day School.
