Lachezar Arabadzhiev is the Founder and CEO of SkildLabs, a company that provides consulting and implementation for organizations to build their business using the power of education. Lachezar has worked with clients such as Cinchy, StackAdapt, Oribi, Supermetrics, LinkedIn Learning, and Meta. Additionally, Lachezar is a LinkedIn Learning Instructor and has developed best-selling courses and online curricula as an Instructor Partner at Udemy. Prior to SkildLabs, they worked as a Senior Manager, Audience & Platforms at Initiative where they oversaw the organization of audience segments and developed segmenting strategies to enhance the quality of leads. Lachezar also has experience in analytics and insights, having worked as a Manager in that field at Mindshare. Lachezar has a background in digital marketing and has held positions as a Digital Marketing Consultant at the University of Toronto, a Digital Marketing Manager at Microsoft, and a Marketing Associate at TimePlay Entertainment.

Lachezar Arabadzhiev holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business from the University of Toronto. Prior to that, they obtained an IB Diploma in Economics from the International Baccalaureate program. In addition to their formal education, Lachezar has obtained various certifications, including Product Certification and Sales CRM Certification from monday.com in May 2023.
