Saras Agarwal is a seasoned professional in the recruitment industry, currently serving as the Director of Recruitment Operations and Co-founder at SKILL BIRD since May 2022. Under Saras's leadership, Skill Bird has established itself as a prominent IT, software development, staffing, and consultancy firm based in Lewes, Delaware, with a delivery center in Noida, India.
