Janice Robinson Burns

Janice Robinson Burns is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent development, organizational transformation, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as Founder & CEO of Janice Robinson Burns LLC since July 2024, and as Managing Partner and Strategic Advisor at Skill Collective from September 2024 to June 2025, Janice has previously held high-level positions at Degreed, including Chief Transformation Officer, Chief People Officer, and Chief Career Experience Officer from April 2020 to June 2024. Janice's earlier career includes significant roles at MasterCard as Chief Learning Officer, Group Head of Human Resources, and Chief Diversity Officer from November 2007 to April 2020, and as Assistant Vice President of Consumer Acquisitions Product Management at Chemical Bank from September 1987 to April 1992. Janice holds a Master of Public Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from New York University and a bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University.
