Tengku Farah Dayana has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tengku Farah began their career as an Assistant Manager at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, where they supervised contact center operations and provided excellent customer service. Tengku Farah then joined Jobstreet.com Sdn Bhd as a Team Lead in Sales, where they managed and led a team of telesales personnel. Tengku also worked at Teledirect Telecommerce Sdn Bhd as an Ads Specialist- Facebook campaign, where they built strong relationships with business partners and promoted client products. Tengku Farah later became a Recruitment Consultant at Agensi Pekerjaan Asia Recruit, where they specialized in executive search and served diverse industries across Asia Pacific. Tengku also had experience as a Freelance Recruiter at Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Recruit Sdn Bhd, conducting permanent and contract placements for clients. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Skill Quotient.

Tengku Farah Dayana completed their education at the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management from 2017 to 2018, earning a Professional Degree in Human Resource Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.
