Jaspinder Sehmi

Jaspinder Sehmi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Starting from 2008, Jaspinder worked as a QC Tester at WWICS, where they handled overall testing activities and dealt with clients for requirement analysis and troubleshooting. They also performed process improvement activities.

In 2010, Jaspinder joined Quark Software Inc. as a White Box Tester, where they conducted whitebox testing on project interfaces, specializing in SDLC, STLC, and Agile processes.

In 2011, Jaspinder moved to Infosys as a Test Analyst, working with an Agile team and performing automation test suite on web applications. Their responsibilities included test planning and estimation, test progress monitoring, test reporting, and requirements analysis.

From 2013 to 2019, Jaspinder worked at Finxera, initially as a Sr. Test Engineer and later as a QA Lead. They managed the testing team, conducted functionality, API, and database testing, and handled overall testing activities.

In 2019, Jaspinder joined FIRMINIQ as a QA Manager. Their responsibilities included ensuring requirement clarification and prioritization, setting up testing tools and dashboards, mentoring and guiding the QA team.

In 2021, Jaspinder worked at Wipro as a Project Test Lead for a brief period before joining Skill-Up Technologies as a QA & Release Manager.

Jaspinder Sehmi pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Engineering from 2002 to 2006 at the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI) in Kolkata. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2000, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Engineering from the State Board of Technical Education in Bihar. In terms of additional certifications, Jaspinder has completed various courses through LinkedIn, including "Project Management Foundations: Teams" in June 2023, "Root Cause Analysis: Getting to the Root of Business Problems" in October 2022, "Lean Six Sigma Foundations" in September 2022, "Quality Management Foundations" in April 2022, "JMeter: Performance and Load Testing" in April 2021, "Leadership Skills for The Future" in April 2021, "Managing Your Emotions at Work" in April 2021, and "Selenium Essential Training" in April 2021.
