Kristen Paulson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Kristen began their career as an Information and Technology Support Systems Coordinator at North Dakota State University in 1997. Later, they joined Microsoft in 1998 as a Technical and Developer Support Consultant, providing support for various products. In 2006, they became a Senior Writer, producing technical and developer-oriented content for Microsoft Dynamics GP. Kristen then transitioned into the role of Senior Content Project Manager, World Wide Learning in 2011, where they managed the content lifecycle for online courses and coordinated across teams. Kristen's most recent position is at Skill-Up Technologies, where they have held two roles: Sr Project Manager from September 2018 to March 2019 and currently serving as the Director of Customer Success.
Kristen Paulson has a diverse education history. Kristen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from North Dakota State University from 1989 to 1994. Kristen then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara from 1994 to 1996.
Later, in 2018, Kristen attended Rasmussen College Fargo and completed an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal in 2020.
Additionally, Kristen has obtained various certifications from Microsoft. In 2005, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional.
