Rachael Jones

Rachael Jones has extensive experience in content publishing and strategy. Rachael currently holds the position of Senior Content Publisher at Skill-Up Technologies since September 2019. Prior to this, Rachael worked as a Freelance Copywriter and Content Strategist from September 2018 to September 2019, where they contributed to multiple B2B and B2C clients by creating engaging social media posts and providing content strategy and editing guidance.

Rachael also worked at Goldman Marketing Group, where they held various roles from 2015 to 2018. Rachael started as a Content Strategist, writing original content for clients in the medical industry, enforcing content guidelines, and collaborating with the SEO department. Rachael then became a Sr. Content Strategist, responsible for writing and optimizing PPC landing pages, proofreading and editing content, publishing and optimizing websites, and auditing websites for error-free content and improved user experience. Finally, at Goldman Marketing Group, Rachael worked as a Content Manager, developing editorial calendars, managing a team of freelance writers, and reviewing and approving content for accuracy and consistency.

Before their time at Goldman Marketing Group, Rachael worked at SLS Consulting from 2013 to 2015, where they first served as a Copywriter and Editor, responsible for writing and editing legal web pages, blogs, and press releases. Rachael then became a Blog Manager and Copywriter, where they delegated writing assignments and collaborated with the SEO department to optimize website traffic.

Rachael also had previous experiences as a Marketing Associate at Ready Artwork - Websites & Design, a Freelance Writer at Arcadian Lighting, a role in Internet Marketing at Arcadian Lighting, Design Shuffle, & Arcadian Home, a Gallery Attendant at Los Angeles County Museum of Art, a Visitor Services Intern at United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, and a Team Online Administrator at Euroffice Ltd.

Rachael Jones attained their education primarily in the field of English Literature. Rachael began their academic journey at Mt. San Antonio College, where they received transfer credits from the years 2003 to 2008. Following this, Rachael pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English at UC Irvine from 2009 to 2011.
