The Engineering & Development team at SkillCat is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the virtual simulators that train blue-collar workers for skilled trade jobs. The team collaborates on developing backend infrastructure, software applications, and simulation technology to create an effective and immersive training experience. This includes everything from the backend logic to the front-end user experience, as well as integrating specialized knowledge in fields such as HVAC systems.
