Jen Miller

Jen Miller has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of HR and people management. Most recently, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to that, they joined Momentum Equity Partners in July 2022 as the Head of People / Executive HR Business Partner. In this role, they were responsible for developing an HR shared services model across the portfolio of technology startups. Before joining Momentum Equity Partners, Jen served as the Chief People Officer at GlideFast Consulting from January to October 2022. During their tenure, they implemented an HR delivery framework and designed the company's first performance and compensation program. Jen's earlier career includes being the VP of People at Acorio, where they played a key role in the company's growth from $0M to $53M and from 10 to 300 employees. Jen received recognition for their work, as Acorio was awarded the Boston Globe's Top Places to Work for three consecutive years. Prior to Acorio, Jen worked as a Talent Strategy Consultant at JM Consulting, providing consulting services to software companies. Jen also served as the Head of Human Resources at Kilda Group, a startup technology and management consulting firm, where they were responsible for establishing the People function from scratch and providing leadership coaching. Jen Miller holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from the University of Maryland. Jen obtained this degree at an unspecified time. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from SHRM in May 2010.
