Stephanie Loft

Stephanie Loft, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of HR Managed Services at Skillcloud Consulting Group since November 2023, and previously held positions including Human Capital Management Client Manager and Consultant. Prior to that, Stephanie was HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Pearson Packaging Systems from August 2020 to November 2023. Additionally, from 2022 to 2023, Stephanie contributed to INSHRM as the Certification Director and Board Member, assisting HR professionals with SHRM Certification processes and promoting chapter growth. Earlier roles include Human Resources Specialist at Spokane Public Schools and Multnomah Education Service District. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Boise State University.
